HearWear: The Fashion of Noise Display
HearWear is a collaborative project between Younghui Kim and Milena Iossifova. HearWear is an electronic wearable that reacts to environmental noise with moving light patterns. It delivers a playful display of urban sounds and noise pollution to the wearer and all passersby. This wearable technology art will be exhibited at Emerging Technologies gallery at Siggraph 2004. 3 different versions of newest HearWear Prototypes using EL-wires and Luminex will be showcased at Siggraph.
